Raw Ginger Chew Cookies

This is one of our favorite raw cookie recipes, fresh out of the dehydrator, served locally at ChocolaTree. Serve with love, to friends and family. Excellent to ease digestion and alleviate gastrointestinal related nausea. 
 

Ingredients:

3 1/2 cups pecan flour

3/4 cup ginger juice

1 cup sprouted buckwheat

1 cup honey

1 1/2 Tbsp vanilla seed or liquid

1 tsp. sea salt

Preparation:

Process the ginger juice, pecan and buckwheat in food processor until liquefied. Put the blended mixture into a bowl and blend all the remaining ingredients by hand.

Put 3 cups of the cookie batter on to a surface with a little pecan flour. Cut into any form you choose to make the perfect cookie. Then put on to a dehydrator sheet.

Dehydrate for 8 hours then take off the sheet and put on to the screen only.

Dehydrate another 4 hours.

They will be warm and delicious.

(Replace lemon juice with ginger juice to make delicious lemon chew cookies instead.)
